EDIT: I realize not all these external water bottle holders, but thought they were worth keeping as budget recommendations. If the water bottle holder is a non-negotiable, id personally gonwith the Daylite Plus as I have the Daylite (non-plus model) and love it.

Also, a bonus recommendation: Timbuk2 Rogue, Carbon/Fire, One Size https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0136N9Z2Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_cwyjDbAFW5Q12

I actually love the water bottle holder on this. It’s quite a compact bag, but can fit a ton when needed.

I use an Osprey Daylite Plus (https://www.amazon.com/Osprey-Packs-Daylite-Backpack-Black/dp/B019TQPL4A/ref=sr_1_1).

It's a good size for me at 20 liters, but I don't need to carry as much as you. When I fill it with the day's clothes and shoes (size 12.5, that may make a difference) it can get a bit uncomfortable.

How long will you be wearing it a day? How heavy will it be? How large do you need it to be?

Before choosing something think about what you want from a pack. Do you want super comfy straps, a suspension system that makes sure you don't get sweaty? Something that will fold up into a little ball you back put in a pocket? Will you be carrying all your stuff or just day things? Would a fanny pack work just as well? How much do you want to spend?do you want it to be water proof? Side pockets? Organizational pockets? Mesh to dry out things on the outside?

Sounds like you'd want a 15L or smaller pack, lots of cute 10L packs out there. I'd search by size. I have a 16L Osprey pack that has plenty of room left when I take it with me for just casual day activities.

I can give more specific recommendations if you'd like but make sure it's something that you think about all these things before buying something, especially if you're planning on spending a decent amount on it

I don't have this one but heard good things: geckobrands Waterproof Lightweight Backpack 4 Colors Available, Grey/Bright Orange https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JMVTROC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_5amPzbNP5HESK

Also this one that folds up really well: Quechua ARPENAZ 10 FOLDABLE (Blue) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IPA4PMA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ncmPzbQPDFRDG

And you can never go wrong with Osprey (lifetime warranty): Osprey Packs Daylite Plus Backpack, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019TQPL4A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_edmPzb7DG483S

Or this one: Osprey Ultralight Stuff Pack, Electric Lime https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RZV7YCE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_CdmPzbHCSBVAK

Edit: Also if you've got big boobs make sure it's an S strap, so much more comfy

Ninja edit: I see all the Europeans with this bag, cheap and this company seems to have high quality hiking stuff so this little things is probably made well and cheap at $7: Quechua Kids Adults X-Sports Decathlon 10L Outdoor Day Backpack Small - Purple https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YUNY6ZI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_xtvPzb2CY3ENT

Paracord is good survival type thing and can be used for pretty much anything. The galaxy is the limit with this one, use your creativity and imagination and paracord can get it done.

My shoulder light has a red light, white, and yellow, and I can adjust them all individually or have all of them blinking at the same time (like a cop light). It’s extremely useful for when you are dealing with people at night, no more holding a flashlight in your mouth while you write!

Our work has a gerber brand as well, I got a leatherman when I was 15 and still works amazing 10 years later. I carry that instead because the work multi-tool isn’t upkept very well and is super dull over the years.
I am not sure if they still make mine but it is similar to this one: https://www.swissknifeshop.com/shop/leatherman/multi-tools/leatherman-surge-multi-tool-black-4-pocket-nylon-sheath

I sharpen my SpyderCo knife (use it all the time!) and multi tool with this: Spyderco 204MF Triangle Sharpmaker https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000Q9C4AE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_whL1Cb8PQK0H8
It is pricey but will last a long time. Good quality in my opinion.

As far as money goes, really have to ask yourself how long you will use the item and how much use you will get out of it. Especially things like safety, I’ll buy a pair of Oakley’s over buying a lower-end brand. I personally like spending money on quality I know I’ll use a lot and having it last than to have something I’ll need to replace every few years. But there are cheaper options that work just as good.

We just have a standard toolbox, top swings open and there is a removable tray- so 2 levels of storage. Med bag is almost like a duffel bag but square. Brochures are in an organizer bag that straps onto a seat. Fee envelopes and other smaller paper items are in a small storage tub with clasps.

My personal stuff I carry a small Osprey bag that holds everything real well. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019TQPL4A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ExL1Cb2BVDB4S

I do want to note that many items were gifts, I am by no means rolling in money. I also don’t want you to feel like you need all this stuff. I really like being prepared and I go camping a lot as well so I get a lot of use from them, so for me it is worth it.
