Here's a link to some of the bento boxes., hopefully that works. You can prep all the sides in advance then just make the entree portion the night before or morning of and save a ton of time.
If you go the mostly whole food route of veggies and fruit and sandwich, I'm personally not adverse to the baby soda cans or juice boxes since there's not a lot of other empty sugar. A thermos of water and ice would be nice in the summer. I loved the little barrels of fruit drink as a kid, I can't for the life of me remember what they're called. Water will be your cheapest option of course but the other stuff is nice as a treat.
I use meal prep containers and prep the whole week on Sunday.

They are not disposable, dishwasher and microwave safe...but they only last so many uses before becoming flimsy. Worth it to me though. I got mine from Amazon:

I've seen them floating around on amazon. I thought the price is fair, but they're more expensive than the MMG containers...and don't come with any food inside.
