It looks good, but you seem to do a rapid jump from "buy an antenna and watch TV, done., to a iPTV solution such as Tablo. There are other options available ranging from running a Kodi install on an HTPC or Rasberry PI3, to using a TiVo Romio + antenna + TV for OTA DVR.
Then you also have the option of even cheaper DVR solutions such as the iView 3500STBII ($35)+2TB USB 3.0 HDD ($100) if all you want to do is record broadcast TV like you would have used a VCR 15 years ago. If you really want to, you can even go old-school, and buy a VCR with an ATSC tuner in it, and use a VCR to record TV shows just like you always have been able to.
Another thing, there is no such thing as an HD Antenna. If you live close enough to the broadcast towers, and have a clear LOS, you could use a paperclip to watch TV. I have an RCA ANT-111, a ClearStream 1 + VHF Bipoles, and a 23 year old Phillips-Magnavox amplified VHF/UHF antenna with a built in AB switch. They all work to pick up ATSC signals. "HD Antenna" is just a marketing term.
