It works best after a trimmer, with shorter hairs so I've been doing legs the old fashioned way. I just wanna know why I never heard of women using these! It's God's work.
I have sensitive skin so I've been shaving electric as long as I can remember. I've gone through several electric razors and this one is BY FAR the best I've ever used. Waterproof, easy to clean, perfect shave, doesn't irritate, has a secondary trimmer, etc etc I could go on.

Seconding the Panasonic below me, I have to be clean shaven for work every day and this is a game changer.
I used the "expensive refill" type of razor for at least 12 years... when I finally got a serious job I wanted to save some time in the mornings, so I bought one of these
It's been great to me. It takes some experience and trial and error to get it to work perfectly with your beard (probably give it 3 weeks). Now that I've been using it for 3 years, I get an extremely close shave in about 2 minutes with zero pain and zero cuts.
The blades that come with the thing are supposed to last 1 year. I finally switched the blades after 3 years and I don't think it was even really necessary. I would *never* go back to a blade type razor.
What I found to work the best for me, although it sounds counter intuitive, was to put nothing on my face while shaving with this shaver. Just the oil from my face is actually the perfect lubricant. Other soaps, lathers, water, etc. all produced a worse shave. Then I wash my face after shaving and good to go. Smooth as an expensive razor and I stopped getting ingrown hairs in my face as well.
This here Panasonic ES8103S Pro Curve is quite good at $69.99. Use it wet or dry. Great reviews. I got one myself.
I've tried a lot of stuff, and this razor is a godsend for routine use on big areas. It works great dry or wet, and is ridiculously gentle and forgiving, even when you're moving fast, (I shave everything with it). Also the battery lasts a long time, and it charges fully in a few minutes. Hope that helps!

If I had to buy another I'd buy the 8104s since it's less pricey. Works very well, and I am still using my original blades a year later (and getting great shaves). I've had a barber shave me with an old fashioned straight razor and heated cream etc. It was nice, but this is 99% as good and a lot cheaper (no creams/after shave crap).

Use a electric shaver.. trust me if you haven't try it.. It is amazing. The easiest minute ever.. I can't believe it took me this long to try it... That is IT. Don’t shave when your skin is wet / don’t use shaving cream. That gives you too close of a shave, thus leading to bumps. Always shave DRY.
I was a very severe case of bumps and the combo above has worked perfectly
Edit: with the second electric shaver, you can even shave over existing bumps and they won’t bleed. It gives you as close of a shave as a manual razor but it will not leave a rash. Don’t use it on your neck if that’s a problem area
