I use Panavise PortaGrip with Panavise Ford Mustang InDash Mount. It has adjustable width and the side prongs can be slid up or down so it can hold any phone without messing with the buttons.
The PortaGrip is AMPS so the fittings are industry standard and will work with all AMPS mounts. The only problem is finding AMPS mounts because it seems as though most manufactures just make their own adapters that only work with their holders.
You can get them on amazon. They are still Panavise brand. You can probably get that custom piece on amazon too.
