I'm actually a huge fan of Pastorelli Thin Crusts.. They sell them at Cost Plus, along with a quite decent pizza sauce that comes in individually sized pouches that are just enough for one pizza. What I really like is that they don't try to make it a soft-crust pizza, but play to the prepared nature and give a great thin crust.
