Aukey is a trustworthy brand, similar to Anker. I use their chargers and their 10000 mah aluminum QC2.0 battery (though obviously it doesn't do QC2.0 on the 6P). I'm waiting for a discount on this (below), since my philosophy is that if you're charging your phone with an external battery, chances are your battery is low. Which means you need a quick charge.

I've been happy with the Ravpower one. It works with my Switch and rapid charges the Pixel 2 XL no problem. Takes a little while to charge, but they're all like that.

My house, as of yet, has not burned down.
I just ordered it, expecting it tomorrow, but this one appears perfect.
The 1st Quick Charge + USB-C Portable Charger in The World - RAVPower 20100mAh External Battery Pack Power Bank
You can charge it with USB-C, use the USB-C for 5V/3A charging, has QC 2.0 if needed, other ports, large capacity. Also has great reviews.
This one should charge as fast as your wall charger when using the USB-C port.
I'd trust it, but for a few bucks more I'd go with nearly double the size: https://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO/
RAVPower I believe is the only one with a 3A USB-C port: http://www.amazon.com/Portable-RAVPower-20100mAh-External-Technology/dp/B0156HCJQO
Based on the spreadsheet I think this one might work https://www.amazon.com/product/dp/B0156HCJQO
You neglected to mention the aukey 30000 mAh battery that has both USB c power delivery and a qc 3.0 port along with a standard USB port.
AUKEY USB-C Portable Charger 30000mAh with Power Delivery, Quick Charge 3.0, and AiPower Charging Ports for MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Android Phones, Speakers, and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071CQYBSN/
Great battery for the switch and all your other devices. Also cheaper then any other USB c power delivery battery I've seen and one of maybe two that has both power delivery and qc 3.0.
There is also the rav power USB c pd charger which is cheaper then the Anker I believe.

But great post op will help tons of new switch owners I'm sure. And also as an owner of the pixel charger (due to having a pixel) it is hands down the best portable charger for the switch Imo.
Hi there! here are some suggestions for power banks that satisfy any needs you can have for the purpose of charging the pixel line and like devices
I highly recommend these ones because I have had experience using these and feel they check all my boxes. That is, they support USB Power Delivery (PD) and Qualcomm Quickcharge (QC), and in effect rapidly charge all my devices that support fast charging:
[Jackery Power Bar] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DXWPHS/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1)
This one is my favorite because it also has an AC outlet to charge most U.S. laptops. It is so freaking convenient for studying on my computer on the go.

Here are some that I have not owned, but after research seem to be worth recommending (of course, do your own analysis). I believe all three of these support USB PD and Qualcomm QC:
[Anker PowerCore] (https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-20100mAh-Portable-Delivery/dp/B071WNWRNC/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1520744694&sr=8-4&keywords=usb+pd+power+bank)

Here are some that I am skeptical about for different reasons, but they did catch my eye while researching:

Relatively happy with my RAVpower
This one works great for me. Can't tell the difference in time to charge versus AC. And you can charge it using quick charging as well.

I've been looking for something similar (<400g, 30+ W PD, pass-through charging).
Haven't come across anything quite perfect, but so far I've found (in increasing price order):
Yeah dude seems to be mistaken. Most people on the Apple side don't really have experience with fast chargers. I had a Nexus 6P and a Nintendo switch so I'm pretty well versed in all the different charging standards and how they work. I've got a battery bank from RAVPower that does USB-C PD that works exceptionally well for my X.
Unfortunately the only cable that really works well with USB-PD is the one sold by apple themselves so you're kinda stuck with that charge.
I've been using this one from RavPower for the past five months. It went all over Thailand with me in March and April, it works great.
https://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1468712797&sr=8-2&keywords=ravpower+20100
I was told the QC 3.0 one wouldn't have any benefit for the 6P.
I bought the QC 2.0 one.
I have this one. Works great.
Having heard about all the dock-bricking that's been going on since 5.0 update and not wanting to lose my saves, how risky is it to use a power bank (like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0156HCJQO/) to charge the switch?
What should I look out for as risk factors in a powerbank? I've heard that PowerDelivery ports and/or "smart" charging ports (that can transfer any kind of data) can brick the switch, although it's supposed to support PD. Is USB A-C safer than C-C or vice versa? Also is there much difference in charging cables?
This is what I bought. It has USB PD(Power Delivery) that the Nintendo Switch needs to charge optimally.
Charger
I know this is a few days old but I just got this one recently and really love it!
External Battery Goodness
This is my favorite thing. I have it in my bag with a long USB cord looped in. This particular model can charge my Samsung Note 4 5 times or so per full charge of battery.
There are cheaper models as well by the same manufacturer. Anker is also popular.
I'm going to grab one more just to have.

I would personally recommend this one. It is incredible. It has USB-C qualcomm quick charge which I absolutely LOVE.
I use this car charger,

And this battery pack.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_M419wbE92HWEN
All work great with my 6P, and with anything else.
I've been using this battery pack and had no issues, even supports rapid charging

This is the one I have, works great, charges very quickly: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014GRM294
they also make these:
http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO
http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-Certified-RAVPower-20100mAh-Technology/dp/B019IFIJW8
Those two have type C connectors, and the last one is also QC 3.0 compatible so if you get a device with that later on it'll be compatible as well. Right now the LG G5 is the only flagship device with QC 3.0, but I imagine the next gen Moto X will have it as well. Depends on how often you refresh your phone I guess, or if you have or plan to get other devices with type C.

I've heard great things about this one. Picking one up for my 6p next friday! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0156HCJQO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2KUZVNQ9LP7N9

What's the difference? They look the same, but they are not the same listing.
Oh, for the Anker I had a USB type A to USB type C cable. Not sure on 2.0 vs. 3.0.
I got this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0156HCJQO
I have the RAVPower 20100mAh Portable Charger and I highly recommend it, if you're using a backpack. It's too big to keep in your pocket.
It sports both Qualcomm Quick Charge and USB Type-C. The type C can both input and output, and it can pass-through charge (charge the brick while the brick charges your phone).
What I like the most about it is that you don't have to interact with it at all to start charging your phone. When you plug your phone in, it starts charging. When you remove your phone, it goes into standby.
13oz, 60 USD.
I'm curious whether anyone has tried one of these USB-C battery packs that are advertised as able to charge a MacBook? No direct mention of USB Power Delivery on the specs, and the only reviewer so far to specifically mention a Dell laptop sounds like a blithering idiot.
This is the one I use as a battery bank.

Best,
Best you can legally carry on a airline flight,
Cheap one that will prevent the switch from dying while playing.
Is there a reason that charger and this one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_YpoTybY2MEW3P) are the same price even though this one has so much less mAh? They both have USB-C PD, I can't figure out why the bigger one isn't a no brainer
I doubt it would, you really want a battery pack with USB C like this:
Amazon
It mentions being able to power the MacBook.
What you are hearing about is the Type-A to Type-C USB.
The two powerbanks which I know of are: Anker and RavPower
Here is a Anker comparison of cable to stock. Updated PSA
Here is a discussion between those two.
There is(/was?) an issue with the USB-A to USB-C cable included in the Anker; however, if you use the Type-C to Type-C cable you should be fine. Additionally, Amazon now forbids non-compliant USB-A to USB-C, so you can go through them to get a fix
The RavPower is working great for me (when I need it).
RavPower 20100mAh has type c 5v/3a
Wierd, part # took me here: http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO#nav-search-keywords
Is that just for the E495? Im picking up a X395 and looking to get a good power bank.

I dont know if wirecutter is still reputable (bought out a while ago), but they reccomend these:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BD98CM?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=AwEAAAAAAAAAAXer
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0156HCJQO?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=AwEAAAAAAAAAAXes
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075Q5VLGK?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=AwEAAAAAAAAAAXet
And I know Anker is reputable, so was also looking at this:
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-Delivery-Charger-Portable/dp/B01MZ61PRW/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2MGFMR5ODL9KT&keywords=power+delivery+power+bank&qid=1566445596&refinements=p_89%3AAnker&rnid=2528832011&s=gateway&sprefix=power+del%2Caps%2C146&sr=8-4
Good point, I did not consider the watts. My Anker PowerCore 10000 PD outputs 18W through USB-C, and it can charge my Nintendo Switch while I'm playing it. While I imagine that 30W would charge it even faster, I can say that 18W is fast enough for me.
If you really want 30W and PD, then you might consider looking into RAVPower, which has several low-cost solutions such as...
I personally have no experience with RAVPower, but you can compare a list of various power banks at https://switchchargers.com/power-banks/.
Buy one of these babies https://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=dp_ob_title_wld
It works wonders and has fast charge. And has plenty of juice for several other devices.
1500mAh is only a 1.5A charge. That's standard for most battery packs, nothing great. My old Motorola P4000 charges at 1.5A.
This Anker 20,100mAh on Amazon is $79.99 (not Prime) and supports up to 2.4A on standard USB and 3A on Type-C.
Here's a similar Anker 20,100mAh one without Type-C for only $45.99 (Prime). It is limited to 2.4A like all standard USB ports though. It does come with the wall adapter too however.
There's also this 20,100mAh one from RavPower for $55.99 (Prime) that's the same capacity and 2.4A USB and 3A Type-C capability (except it also supports QuickCharge2.0)
Or this RavPower 26,800mAh behemoth for only $49.99 (Prime) without Type-C that will charge up to 2.4A via stadard USB.
Both of the RavPower devices have good reviews and I've never had an issue with them or Anker before.
I got the ravpower 20k mah 30W battery mostly because it also charges my Macbook at 30W which most other chargers cannot.
It's a bit pricey for the moment. Think I had gotten it for like 70. Definitely worth it.
(see USB C Hubs Portable Charger RAVPower 20100mAh 30W Type C iSmart 3.0 Data Transfer, USB C/Type C Port Output, Power Bank External Battery Pack for Smartphones, MacBook 12'' https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_B0YCyb0GCAGF1)
Went with this one to fuel my Pokemon Go addiciton.
Haven't received yet but seems like it'll be able to charge the 6P multiple times and it has TypeC support for both in and out. (You can charge the brick itself using your TypeC quick charger that came with the phone)
26800mAh one doesn't have a type C port.
There, one with QC3.0, [the other one with QC2.0] (https://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-RAVPower-20100mAh-Portable-External/dp/B0156HCJQO/ref=sr_1_2?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1468335788&sr=1-2&keywords=RAVPower+type+c)
That's 5V 3A, which isn't much more and still only 15W, whereas USB-C allows up to 100W (20V 5A), though for now we don't know what the Switch uses.
Found a 30W charger (I've got the 15W version), which might be enough considering that the Macbook seems to have 30W as well, but we'll see.
Edit: Whoever downvoted, what's incorrect about my comment?
