OG Pebble Steel. ~100 dollars. Black and white always on display. No touchscreen, but I've grown to like it more than the touchscreen watches I've had. Physical buttons allow for you to navigate without looking at the watch itself -- great for changing music while driving.
5-7 day battery life. Durable. Waterproof. Good looking. I've had it for over a year and I can't go without it.

Chances are the security details as you are providing them, are not correct as per the credit card company itself (not your bank). This could be home address, zip, cvv2 code, etc. I deal with this on a daily basis in the POS industry. Your bank may not be able to fix this, or even see this, for a few days.
