I've seen this one recommended a lot. I wonder if it'll slip around inside that sleeve considering it's for larger devices. I am thinking of giving it a shot as well. Also considered this one
Google is starting to rather annoy me with the support for the Pixelbook. Seriously, they're trying to get people to purchase a $1000 Chrome OS device but 3 months into it there's still limited accessory support. Haven't heard anything about the pen loop either.
i considered a similar case, but I am using my SP3 as my primary computer (I work in IT), and I HAVE to be able to use my desktop dock, so I discarded this particular idea, and went uncased. I just use a Pelican 1070CC when I'm on the move.

Looking for a hard shell sleeve that I can put an Ipad pro witht he muse case by zugu in. I want to put it in my backpack, but the compartment for my backpack is directly on my back and I am worried about the pressure bending the ipad. The case feels pretty good, but a little added protection would be awesome. My laptop compartment is about 14 inches long by 10 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. It does seem to have a little give though. Here are the sleeves I am looking at:

Pelican 1070, this is almost perfect, its about 0.2 inches too wide and about 3 inches too long though

However, it is not a good idea to look for a case based on MB Air 13, because MB Air 13 is actually smaller than X1 Carbon. Thus, we will need the interior dimension to be sure.
For example, I was hoping this would be a good fit, but X1 carbon happens to be too big for it.
I read some bad reviews on Pelican, but I do think it is an good choice to protect this delicate X1. Thus, I am very much leaning towards a gigantic Pelican 1085 hard shell case.
