The case is the Pelican 1504, which comes with padded adjustable dividers to keep everything organized. I got mine from Amazon but they are available at any camera store like Adorama, B&H Photo, etc for under $150.
It's hard to tell in the photo, but the case actually contains everything that came with the Vive including all the cables, power supplies, even the wall mounts fit.
Works great, the case can be locked with padlocks, and it's 100% waterproof - I have no fear of throwing it in the back of the car to take the Vive to the office for demos, etc.
