watch his youtube video if you haven't already. It was far more helpful than the written instructions. Installing it is super easy. The only time consuming part is getting the side to side alignment set.

It's a really tight fit up against the battery area when tightening the allen screws to lock the shifter cables in and having a tiny ratcheting thing like this will really speed up the process. Even my small 1/8" ratchet was pretty cumbersome and the other option of removing the battery and tray is surprisingly time consuming as well.
Having a quick way to lock the side to side cable in then check to see if the shifter can cleanly go into each gear will be a big help. Bigger help if someone in the car can unpin the shifter, test the shifting and then re-pin and you then re-adjust the cable if needed.
