I guess Millon could kinda be a cliffsnotes; a psychiatrist I know compared it to the "For Dummies" series. It's by far my least favorite and like the wiki also reads like sterotype but here's a link anyway...

If someone is genuinely interested, Nancy McWilliams has a really nice non-clinical perspective. I get the impression her husband was schizoid and she kinda loves us. Her book was kind of a slog and not super applicable, but this paper is an easy, encouraging read:
