Here are the lights I used 2019 Jetta Fog Lights
I put these on my 15 Jetta Sport and they came out crystal white like the bi-xenon HID headlamps on mine. Love them and have had no issues with them.

Low beams are on only, you have a small bulb on at some time in headlight housing. I read alot of review on Led bulbs before selecting one. You have to take off your whole front end to change the bulbs, so didn't want to have in 6 months and have to change it again.
