If you're not watching TV I'd stick with a monitor.
This one is a little over but it's definitely good. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01CO2QT4M/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile

No, go 43" 4K and you will NEVER go back to anything smaller.

Trust me, i's worth it. EVERY little detail can be seen and things one would not normally notice is there.

Also, seeing HUD displays is EASY.

The problem with the LG one is, that afaik there are no graphics cards that support the needed inputs. You can do 1xDP + 3xHDMI according to LG but the only graphics card that supports this is a Gigabyte GTX 1050 with only 2GB of VRAM, so depending on your use case, you might run into problems.

The Dell one has more variety in it's inputs but seems not to be as suitable for gaming, which would unfortunately be my second most important use case.

Also HP has a 43" Multi-Client monitor, but the connectivity is plain stupid. Classic inputs are 1xDP, 1xminiDP and 1xHMDI. Not enough for 4. The last input is DP over USB-C.

The only other Multi Client Monitor I know is from Philips. This time again with decent input options:

I've run 13 clients on it but then the clients overlap. My usual setup is one 1920x1080 client and six small client screens and there's very little or no overlap. You can have four 1920x1080 clients with no overlap at all.

And those monitors aren't expensive. [Here's the 43" version] (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Phillips-BDM4350UC-00-43-Inch-Professional/dp/B01CO2QT4M/). (3840x2160 resolution) But I can't fit that on my table; I only have the 40" version.

Here you go. That was 20 seconds of googling. I doubt the cost of the TV equivalent and license would be much more.
