There are plenty of classy/fashionable headphones that still sound good.

panasonic rp-htx7

Philips Downtown

House of Marley EM-FH003-HA Exodus

Onkyo ES-FC300

Sennheiser Momentums

There's really no reason to compromise sound for looks.

A little out of your budget at $99, but the Philips Citiscape Downtown are the only well reviewed purple headphones that come to mind...

This headset is said to be good for an audiophile on a budget. http://www.amazon.com/Philips-SHL5605PP-28-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B006WHPQUO

Audiophile headsets are often better for gamers than "gaming headsets" as they provide you with more straight forward high quality sound. Discounted from $100 to $33 is great, and it will enable you to get this mic: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002OO333Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1419576540&sr=8-1&dpPl=1&dpID=51DRAN8k5eL&ref=plSrch&pi=AC_SX200_QL40

That there sir, is a blue snowball. An amazing mic which I personally use and would recommend to ANYONE. Even better, they too are on sale. They are no longer 100, but instead a measly 50. This stays well below your max budget, and maybe you can buy yourself a nice game with what you'll save.

So... Did I sell it to you?

While our tastes in design are very different, the Phillips Citiscape Downtown may be a good choice.

For a bit more cash, maybe something from VModa, the Bowers and Wilkins P5, Sennheiser Momentum, or Kef M500. However most of these have a more masculine look, I'm guessing you're looking for something a bit more feminine?

Budget: 0 to $75 (Canadian). Not to too much space to go up.

Source: Laptop, Moto G cell phone

Requirements for Isolation: Live in tight living quarters would like some isolation.

Preferred Type: I would prefer to have on-ear > full size > IEMS

Preferred Tonal balance: I prefer more bass heavy head phones with ok mids and highs.

Past headphones: The ones I currently use is a pair of Sony MDR RF985R head phones. My problem with them is I can not take them places with me. Oh? Want to listen to these at friends house? Better set aside some space in the bag for the receiver! Before that I used a pair of Sony MDR NC7. My problen with those is that the part that holds the can part to the head band broke. (I just noticed alot of Sony huh.)

Preferred Music: I typically listen to rap music or electronic music. However, I can be found listening to Monsters and men or Arctic Monkeys now and then.

Location: I live in Ontario Canada. /r/canada FTW!

Considered headphones: At first I was going to buy Philips Cityspace Downtown but they could not be shipped to where I live.

At $45, you can get Philips Citiscape Downtown in purple, but the prices on black and grey are inflated because they're discontinued. If you don't mind the color, those would probably suit you pretty well.

If you do mind the color, then there's no sense in paying $20 over value for those. The buying guide recommends Creative Aurvana Live!, which seem very good for the price but I haven't personally tried.

I personally do not like on ear headphones, but was given a pair of Phillips Citiscape Downtown to try and they were much better than I expected. Very comfortable and decent sound. At the $99 price point I would never recommend them, but now at under $40 I would say they are a good buy. I gave my pair to my sister, and she loves them.
