I purchased the Phillips Sonicare Essence last December for ~$30 and it works great!
I've had issues with plaque build-up but last check up my dentist said that I was doing great! The toothbrush is really fantastic--the timer, carrying case and wireless charger--really make it worthwhile especially at that price.
I had severe halitosis for years. It was really, really bad.
After years of trying various products and techniques, and figuring out that many toothpastes and mouthwash products can actually make things worse, this is what worked for me:

Following that regime twice a day has completely solved my problem.
Sonicares are nice. 50$. Let the toothbrush do the work for you. Don't try to hammer the crap out of your teeth/gums.

Also be wary of the cheaper heads you can buy for these things (or any toothbrush in general). One reason why they can be cheaper is that the bristles arent as rounded(cheaper to produce) and this can do some damage to the gums.
Wow, this is an awesome contest! This is very generous of you. :)
If I win, I'd really love this toothbrush. I've been dying for a great toothbrush that I only have to replace heads on. I like taking care of my teeth. <3
Is this the one you wanted to buy? http://www.amazon.com/Philips-HX5610-30-Rechargeable-Frustration/dp/B007ZN5ATQ
It's still showing available for me on USA Amazon.
The only differences seem to be the color.
Having used sonicare brushes for years, I would stay away from the models you are looking at because of the brush head design. Especially if multiple people may use it, and change brush heads, that model needs to be unscrewed and gets all gunked up with moisture.
Also, the replacement screw on heads seem to be more expensive on Amazon.
If you can swing it, look in to a model with the smaller, pull off type brush head.

The link you gives only have the HX5610/01 HX5620/20 HX5630/50 but not the HX5610/30. I am not even sure what the number 30 means.
It really depends on how strong of a vibrator you need. This works for us, and it's a little bit stronger than you'd expect.
If you need something with a big kick, you'll probably have to do a lot of searching though. Going to a toy store would be the best bet.
Here's something that might make you laugh...The only other thing that has worked for us during sex is This. We wrap a piece of tape around it, and the thing is stupidly powerful. The neck is small, and the body of it can rest on your stomach. The only down side is that it has a timer and cuts out every 30 seconds, then stops at 2 minutes. It really is annoyingly strong, and useless for its intended purpose.
One like this one. http://www.amazon.com/Philips-HX5610-30-Rechargeable-Toothbrush/dp/B007ZN5ATQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1380678395&sr=8-1&keywords=sonicare
First off, I pretty much blanket recommend to every patient I see to get an electric toothbrush. There is such a huge difference in plq control that 95% of the population cannot deal with with a manual tb. Sonicare vs Oral B is a hoseout, I use Oral B because they gave me a free one sooner than Sonicare did.
For just basic brushing you don't need the top of the line model with 5 modes, travel case, lightsaber, etc, but also don't skimp out. Definitely get a rechargeable one as the battery operated ones suck, and get one with a 2 minute timer.
My top recommendation is Costco if you're a member. They sell high end models for equal or cheaper than the mid-tier ones, but they usually come in packs of two. Like here's one model, the flexcare, comes out to be just $65 if you can find a friend/family member to split the cost with.
If you don't have a costco membership, [this] or [this] are probably ones I'd look to get. Make sure you check out the price of the actual brush heads too because that's a life-long cost.
B) Every good superhero needs a specialized weapon. As a budding witch, I would like a sonic screwdriver to aid in my superhero-ish shenanigans. Did I mention this particular screwdriver has a super secret uv pen and uv light so I can write super secret messages to my super secret companions?! If that's not magic, I don't know what is!
I actually have the $40 model. It's awesome, but I'm not sure what the $150 dollar one does.
Best advice I can offer other than oil pulling is to get an Electric toothbrush. THIS is what I have, and its amazing. Since buying it about 2 years ago I never have any dental problems and my dentist says my teeth are looking great. I was very hesitant to get one of these for a while but its one of the best decisions I've made.
