I have used Plus white before and it works pretty easily, quickly and inexpensively...I usually purchase at Walmart for less than amazon.

I’m using a whitening gel from amazon. I put it in a mouth guard. It’s like, identical to white strips in my opinion.

I bought Plus White 5 Minute whitening gel and was very happy with the results.
It didn't get my teeth like crazy blinding white, but it definitely brightened them up a bit and was cheap and easy to use. And also didn't ruin my enamel or anything like that. I was at the dentist last week and got nothing but compliments on my teeth.
