I have the OtterBox case too. Same problem, it's a fucking ripoff. I like cases like this. But I don't know if you can buy that from your country. Real double layer cases like that offer the best impact protection, but you may dislike the built in screen protector. You can remove it and apply a custom one.
My phone (oneplus 3t Gunmetal 64G) came with a screen protector already installed when i received it 4 days ago. Every phone company should preinstall screen protectors. 10/10 would buy again
EDIT I also bought this case off amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HAPB0N8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Which has a plastic screen protector built into the case. So with the screen protector that oneplus provides on the phone (which isn't as good as the curved one i bought with my phone) and the case my phone is super protected and looks great. I'm going to save my curved TG screen protector for a rainy day.
