These are all just above your price range. If you're adamant about staying below $200 vortex, holosun, and Sig all make standard/compact sized red dots for under that.
Lasers are only used with night vision, and messing with your cat. If you’re ballin on a budget, here are some good options for you.

Primary Arms also makes a popular optic at that price point.
Not long ago you could get a Vortex PST 1-4x in that price range as well.

Its a great optic and runs really well for me. It also illuminates nicely and has held up to a good beating for what i do in airsoft for the past few months.
For the Carbine, I'd go with a shortdot. Something like a UTG 1-4.5x, Vortex 1-6x, or Primary Arms 1-6x depending what you want to spend. I use the UTG on my Avalon and like it alot.
