I have a sleeve for my Surface Book. It has the power button in the same place as all other Surface devices.
The design has the button fall in the seam between the front and back panels. I bought it back in March 2017. Still looks good and I have never had it trigger a power up issue.

Fits in my backpack's laptop sleeve. And in my new roller bag's file folder section.
I have this one from ProCase. It fits really well (including pen on side of screen), allows you to charge while in the sleeve, and has been durable so far.

Decent price & decent protection for when your book is.. well.. in between some books.
Only downside is that there's no extra corner protection, but I couldn't find that on any sleeves. Does include a slot for charging and a place for a pen.

I have the Moko version of this for my SB, but it's essentially the same thing. It fits perfectly.
