Ah ok. Well if PC and ps4/ps3 are going to be mainly where you are going to be playing on then i would go for the Hrap 4 kai or Hrap V Hayabusa since they work ps3/ps4 and pc(xinput).
I have the qanba q1 that i swapped out with sanwa parts myself but it is the xbox 360 version and i use it for games/emulators on pc and it works with no issues.
I dont think any stick manufacturers will be making any ps4/ps3/360/xbox 1 compatible sticks anytime soon since fighting games arent getting many releases on xbox one.
It's not a RAP V Kai(B0136JP894) XB360/XB1 as you list.
The actual one he uses
The distance between the stick and the buttons is a tad bit shorter, has a different PCB, has a touchpad, and uses the Eagle buttons rather than the older Kuro buttons(the newer RAP4 Kai models for ps3/ps4 use the Eagles as well).
Also, you should note in your OP that you are doing this to push amazon affiliate links. This is a for profit endeavour.
The ones ones I know of are the normal size ones in silent and non silent versions.

There is the non silent version, both of them came out in December in Japan.

You can become acclimated to it and move onto other games by just practicing on an SRPG
Actual reviews, you say?
Just such a good deal I can't not shill it.
Found the HRAP V Hayabusa @ $177 w/ free shipping. 11 bucks more than what I got for it. Not bad.
I suggest ordering through Toy Shop Japan HobbyOne, I had a great experience, shit was supposed to take a month to get here (not about to drop $40 on more shipping) but then they upgraded me to express without telling me free of charge. Condition was fine in how I received it no problems came in less than a week.
Regarding option 3 they are compatible with PS4/PC. I have one and like it a lot. Available on Amazon as well.

This?
Looks like 6.3cm?
I'm actually leaning towards the Hori at this point. One more set of questions, if you don't mind. I don't want to eat up more of your time.
In your opinion, how does the Hori compare to this? (https://www.amazon.com/PS4-compatible-Real-Arcade-Pro-V-HAYABUSA/dp/B017QORK7I/ref=pd_sbs_63_5?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B017QORK7I&pd_rd_r=GPBDXHK5KPK3ZMXBXXS4&pd_rd_w=Jhc8X&pd_rd_wg=iwqBK&psc=1&refRID=GPBDXHK5KPK3ZMXBXXS4)
Second, yay or nay on the Sanwa Octagon Plate?
Get the Real Arcade Pro V, it has settings for PS3, PS4 and PC (Xinput, instantly works with PC SF5):

I'm on PC and I use the Hori RAP V Hayabusa and it has settings for both PS4 and PC built in. If you plan to go to tournaments I recommend it.
