I really doubt he has ALL the dice he wants/needs. There are some really cool metal dice, bone dice and super duper balanced dice.

Other than Artisan Dice, I don't really trust many other sites for custom, wooden polyhedral dice. But then again, I'm not really a dice aficionado.
As an alternative, I got my friend these. He loved them. Solid metal though, so it gives it a different feel over standard plastic/poly.
I think these definitely fall under that category. They're an awesome novelty item, but they roll like shit. And I'm constantly afraid that they're gonna scoff up anything besides a plastic table top. Plus, I have to keep them in a separate bag from my other dice, since when I had them just mixed in with my other dice, I'm pretty sure they caused on of my d10's to literally break in half.
I kind of wish I'd found Shapeways prior to buying these from Q-Workshop, but they just showed up today on my doorstep and are pretty decent in terms of construction and heft.
Rolling metal dice is new to me, though, and it's taking some getting used to them sort of "plopping" on the table instead of rolling.
Having said that, I'm off now to browse all the pretties on Shapeways, since it seems a hollow design might roll better for my tastes.
