Just found some of these .25" thick 12"x12" squares at Michaels Craft Store and cut them down to size with a sharp knife. Then to raise the bed the amount that I needed I just folded up some painters tape and taped that to the bottom middle of the cork. I can possibly take a picture later. You can shim the underside of that cork with whatever you want since it insulates so well.

I used two layers of cork and cut out a channel in the top layer for the thermistor and its wires.
