you're shaving with soap? wow, stop. stop using soap completely for everything its shite and will dry your skin out

shaving foam/gels actually suck, i really like this stuff: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ladies-Shave-TWIN-PACK-Queen-Shaves/dp/B01K4ICIY8/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1542567194&sr=8-2&keywords=queen+of+shaves

but anything like that is cool. you can use conditioner instead, it's great

for moisturising your body afterwards, e45 is really good and cheap

use a decent razor too. i still use a mens multi blade one, theyre generally better value than the womens ones, i think its a wilkinson sword hydro 3. the cheap shit disposable razors are cheap and shit

physically exfoliate before you shave, a loofa or an... exfoliaty glove?

if your skin is still fucked up after all this, then just do it against the grain, and not every day. do that for a bit, see if it improves. if it does a bit, there's a bunch of stuff you can do to help, other people would know better than me
