Non-African humans bred with Neanderthal, Europeans did this twice. That's an entirely different species that were separated 500,000 years from homo sapien. Negroids have 0% Neanderthal DNA but 5-15% of their DNA is from an archaic source. Intelligence gap between the races is also a fact that has mountains of data proving that it's genetic. Violent behavior is also genetic, violence genes are found in very disproportionate amounts between Whites, blacks, Asians, Maori and so on.

There are genes that predispose humans to violent behavior, Negroids have these genes at a far greater rate than other races. Negroids, including American Blacks, have a far lower general intelligence than Whites. Again, that's a fact. You can't deny that. You can only create excuses for it, but the fact remains that the average IQ of the American nig is only 85(or even 78) and this is more due to heredity than environment; twin and adoption studies prove this.
