I bought the Razer Abyssus before summer, and I have to say it is one of the best mouses I have ever had and is keeping up perfectly so far even though I travel around with it quite a lot. So if you are willing to spend a few more euros I would say that it is definitely worth it.

You can get it for $20 on Newegg.
Or $18 on Tanga (never heard of them but don't seem like a scam).
The Amazon prices are BS, on camel you can see they were usually around $30 but then shot way up, most likely when they were discontinued.
i picked up the Razer Abyssus for $30 from amazon. I think it's the best gaming mouse your gonna find for that price.

I've used Razer's "essential" ambidextrous mouse, the Abyssus, for a year or two now, and I like it. It's lightweight and has very long buttons, so you can hold it from far back with your fingertips. At $32 on Amazon, it's a pretty good deal.
I might be tempted to go for a GTX460 or a Radeon 5850 just so it's a bit more secure in playing some future titles. That's my only real comment about the build itself.
As far as gaming devices go:
Do you need to have side buttons?
Because the razer abyssus could be a fit. Other suggestions include, but are not limited to: Deathadder 3.5g, Logitech G400s, Logitech G502, SteelSeries Rival (multicolored led), Minoix Avior 7000, and Roccat Savu,
Yeah, I had the problem with my old mouse, and my EDPI used to be significantly higher. I just got the G403 about a week ago and so far it feels better than my old mouse (the old mouse was smaller and I was having trouble not dragging my fingertips along the mousepad when making movements).
Started playing around Feb/March with a smaller mousepad (12.6" x 10.8") and ridiculously high EDPI (iirc it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 30k EDPI). Then in April I dropped my EDPI to 6.6k (1,800 x 3.67) because that seemed to be closer to the average on the pro settings page you linked. A couple weeks ago I tried ioStux's method and ending up lowering my EDPI to 2.5k (1,800 x 1.37). Quickly noticed improvement in my aim (mainly that my movement was less jittery, which had been a problem at 6.6k). If helpful, the wrist pain started before I dropped my EDPI.
simple, easy, and cheap - Razer Abyssus

Theres a link for it on amazon. It's all you'll need for league
Razer Abyssus
You have to set it up right, but once you do its solid. I went to Frys Electronics and they matched the Amazon price too.
This Is the build that I will be using in a bit.
It may also work for you.

My favorite mouse I ever owned was a Razer Abysus. Simple, light weight, and awesome. Used in SC2 as well.
Fellow claw gripper here. I got the Razer Abyssus a few years back and would marry it were that sort of thing legal.
Razer for 32.

Go for the Razer Abyssus
Its only $35, and performs extremely well (1 milisecond response time). Also goes up to 3500 dpi sensitivity, which is more than enough sensitivity (1800 dpi is the most average sensitivity used by gamers).
If you just want a well functioning keyboard get the Logitech K120. Its only $10, works great, no problems. But it looks and feels very average. Most likely used in high schools lol.
These are both products that I have owned for almost a year with no problems at all. :)
I use the Razer Abbysus its a very nice mouse for $30, I use it for schoolwork and games
That's very possible, though Xbox Live costs $60 per year.
You don't need "hardcore gaming" keyboards and mice to play PC games. But if you really want to spend the extra for it:
This mouse:

and this keyboard:
http://www.amazon.com/Raptor-Gaming-000RAPLK1-LK1-Keyboard/dp/B005Q43PPC/ref=sr_1_5?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1370900510&sr=1-5&keywords=gaming+keyboard
Or this keyboard:
http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Gaming-Keyboard-G105-Call/dp/B005S0KH7I/ref=sr_1_3?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1370900510&sr=1-3&keywords=gaming+keyboard
Can work, and still costs less than 1 standard year of Xbox Live Gold.
