You can safely bet the XL barely costs much more to manufacture, but they want to try and cash in big on the adult market. I remember when the original kid-size only product was released and there was a crazy amount of support for an adult sized version on every video comment section.
This adult version will probably be a failed product because the $700 USD price point is simply too high for most people to justify when the slightly smaller version is less than half the price. Did I mention it costs over $1600 in Canada?
