I liked HGTTG I felt Dirk Gently Detective Holistic agency fell a bit short of the mark but it had its moments. I loved “Infinity welcomes careful drivers”, the first book of the Red Dwarf series. I can only speak for the text version of the book, never read the audio book version but the humor is in the same style.

If you've ever seen the Red Dwarf series, Barrie played Rimmer, and is a consummate impersonator of the other actors. Lenny Henry's character work is also brilliant.
