It's kinda hard to bleach a garment and re-dye it to an exact color swatch, particularly if you're going from a pattern to a solid. You'll have better luck starting with a light colored suit and going darker. I would see if there are any places near you that sell white coveralls for painters, or get some off Amazon prime (like this), and have at that with RIT/i-Poly.
