All the following books belong to some of the most influential figures at Manchester United over the last 30 years. I've read them all except Giggs' book and they're all really great to read.
Alex Ferguson's first autobiography
His second autobiography
Roy Keane's first autobiography
His second autobiography
Wayne Rooney
Gary Neville
Paul Scholes
Rio Ferdinand
Ryan Giggs
Depends on your allegiance really for biographies - you'll tend to want to read books of players from your own team, but Gary Neville's book: Red is an excellent read.
Also some books surrounding managers, such as Mourinho: Further Anatomy of a Winner are insightful and help you learn more about all aspects of the game.
In terms of generally improving your footballing knowledge, I highly recommend The Numbers Game: Why Everything You Know About Football is Wrong. It's about statistics and other numbers in football, but it's a very entertaining read and gives you a different outlook on the game, such as corners being worth 0.022 goals and rarely ever scored.
