I saw your post and yours looked great! Well done my friend. I weighed out my salt, but I do remember thinking that it seemed like waaaaay too much. In the end, the bread didn't taste salty but had great flavor. I used a mined salt called Redmond Salt that comes from nearby the Great Salt Lake where I'm from. The crystals were small enough that they dissolved easily. Probably a lot easier than kosher salt :)
