This is probably the most minimalist you can get with decent protection. Also, don't just rely on the TGSP as a bad drop will crack your screen even with a glass protector on. A lip on a case is a must have IMO, helps with screen first drops.You also don't want to pay another $30 for a TGSP replacement.
The Ringke Slim in black fits your specs perfectly. It's grippy, has full cutouts for the volume and power keys, and even has a bit of a lip so you can lay the phone face down if needed.

I've got the black and white versions. The white is slippery as heck, but the black has a rubbery coating.

I've been wobbling between the Spigen and the Ringke for a couple bucks less. How much protection do you think the Spigen offers? I've been using the Diztronic TPU, but it makes the phone quite bulky and I really don't like the way it doesn't contour around the top screen edge.
