Steam Controller and for multiplayer a Rock Candy 360 controller. Will eventually just pick up a second steam but the rock candy has been solid for about 3-4 years now!

I personally use this one and it works perfectly fine. You don't need the Xbone or DS4 if you don't want to pay the money. I got mine for 20 dollars at a gamestop.
