I make the cold brew (not a concentrate, more like a french press style), usually about 16 hours. Then I just put it in the nitro keg / growler thing and pressurize it with the N2O cartridge. I dont use a cream dispenser, this is a specific pressurized keg thing meant for making nitro cold brew. It's under the brand name "royal brew" sold via Amazon, it's super simple and not much of a "recipe", just a process really ๐
