The standard floor squeegee has a dual moss rubber blade.It accepts a tapered handle.Handles problems in most any work environment.22 inches long by 3 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. 0.66 pounds. Made in Belgium.
Obviously putting a roof over it would prevent water from sitting. It looks like the water pooling isn't focused enough int one spot to warrant putting in a drain. Have you though about getting a floor squeegy? They are cheep and it's not that much area to just hit up real quick if you have people over.
