I just followed this diy tutorial video and used this build plan!

The plans are originally scaled for a 32 gallon brute trash bin but I scaled mine down to a 10 gallon!

Im using a 950 gph pump (60 liters per minute).

I've actually found that serving out of a garbage bucket is WAY better than a jockey box if you have the space.

Basically, get one of these Or something similar.

It will fit 3 corny Kegs easily, and then you just need to fill it with ice and use party taps. I wrapped mine with reflective insulation to keep the ice longer.

I also installed a ball lock valve near the bottom to drain the ice water - which had the added benefit of allowing us to drink ice cold cock-water out of the hermaphrotap :)
