I recently purchased this for my vanity. I have limited counter space, and this works perfectly. The light looks natural, not yellow or blue tinted. I still have my yellowish main light to the room on when I use this, and it works together well. It's a great complement to when I don't have natural light to work with. It runs on battery and is cordless. There is a touch on/off on the front for convenience.
I really like this one for 25$, I use it daily + have given it as gifts before. But other people on here might have even better suggestions haha.
