This book by Krissy Moehl! I used a random internet training plan with my first one and hers for my second. The results were dramatic, more dramatic than any training plan I have done for any race previously. Krissy Moehl's book is specifically aimed at this.
I haven't read Goggins' book recommended above but I've heard he is a bit gung ho about injury risk. Might be great for inspiration but maybe less for training tips etc.
