Have you thought about a window grate? Without being able to see your exact window, I wonder if this could work for you? (Not sure how you could use it without drilling into the window frame, though.)
Another idea: This DIY window screen/bug screen. You could add 1-2 more slats behind it, to make it a little more sturdy, but the fabric could be as thin, to allow this wind to pass through easily.
Last idea: A window fan. This might be too much wind on you during the night, but you definitely won't roll past it, and it ensures that you have air circulation at night.
