Looking for people to stand by the road to hold closing signs.

The Shopko in my town closed about a week ago and it was a wild ride of a shit-show. They hired a company to assist them in the closure, and the first thing that they did was jack up all of the prices. On much of the merchandise, you could see the original price under the cheap-ass tags that they used. For instance, they had all computer memory (CD's, flash drives, etc.) 50% off, but the 128gb SanDisk flash drive they had had a pre-sale price of $79.99. Post-sale, I would pay $40, but I can get the same drive on Amazon for half that.

Or if you want the 128GB version, it's $28

The SanDisk Cruzer 128GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (SDCZ36-128G-B35) worked for me and has been working for me for the past week or so since I got it. No issues and everything runs fine. I have about 100 ps1 games, 100 mame/neogeo games, and 100 snes games.

I also have this usb hub, Insignia™ - 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub - Black, and am able to play 2-player games with no issue. I connect it to the first usb slot and connect 2 controllers to it. No internal mods on anything.

Here's the one I've got.

My TeslaCam footage is coming out pretty grainy. Not horrible, but worse than most of what is posted here. Is this an issue with the drive I'm using? ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TKFCYP0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )

SanDisk Cruzer USB 2.0 128GB (SDCZ36-128G-B35): needs a powered hub. Otherwise, it remains powered when plugged in, and the PSC won't read it. With a hub, it's great.

Note that this is not a Fit, Ultra, Glide, etc. Just marketed as a SanDisk Cruzer.

Well, I'm on a mac so using Disc Doctor I have formatted in Fat and ExFat and neither works. It's this stick

SanDisk Cruzer 128GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive

I went for a size/price tradeoff. For me, the dashcam is in case something ever happens that I need evidence for. I'm not planning on using it constantly unless I need it for documentation, no plans to start my own YouTube channel or anything anytime soon.

My combination works for me.

No power mod. Haven't torn apart my classic.

Formatted to and installed just like the steps require you to. Fat32 etc. using either BleemSync or AutoBleem. Both tested and worked for me but I use AutoBleem.

Flash drive doesn't get hot.

I got my classic last week and bought this USB stick: https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Cruzer-128GB-Flash-SDCZ36-128G-B35/dp/B00TKFCYP0

I have not tried the hack, but the PlayStation Classic powers it when playing. It’s just a regular Cruzer not one of the other kinds, so hopefully the same rule applies

If you care about your data, you should figure out a backup solution. I would suggest a small personal NAS, something like this WD 4TB My Cloud Home Duo Personal Cloud Storage - Dual Drive - WDBMUT0040JWT-NESN https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DV59ZW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_KwBKAbWN0Z4CS

There is a single drive version, which would be ok, if you duplicate your data on your PC, to maintain redundancy.

Otherwise, here is a SanDisk 128gb flash drive for less than $30 SanDisk Cruzer 128GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (SDCZ36-128G-B35) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TKFCYP0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_EABKAb4BPK80Y

But, yes, what you intend to do should work. I just wouldn't recommend it without having the data backed up.
