by John 'Lofty' Wiseman.
Clear instructions about situations you're likely to actually likely to encounter in a town or city.
Lots of fakers writing bad 'survival' books out there, but Lofty is the real McCoy. Served three decades in the UK Special Air Service, trained Green Berets.
If you want to go the extra mile being prepared, complete a good First Aid course with CPR training.
SAS handbooks are pretty stock-standard places to start! :)
