Invest in a small travel potty seat, something like this. The ones that come with a little carrying case make it slightly less-germy. Just spray it down occasionally with disinfectant.

Then she should be able to sit with pants around the knees/ankles and pee without issues. No need to strip her down. That's an accident waiting to happen, literally.
You can get potty seats that fold up fairly small. They are freaking amazing. I will look for a link now and edit when I find one

Definitely do not scrub... if I'm desperate (only happened once while potty training) i will grab a huge wad to wipe the seat with or sometimes but I use long pieces of toilet paper to cover the seat.
Otherwise I usually bring with me her portable plastic toilet seat cover. Look into this dude. It was like 10 bucks, folds up and came with a plastic carrier. I'd get home and then sanitize it

We're on week three here! I'm loving this product - folds small enough to fit in a purse. I think it'll be our transition tool until he gets a little more confident on a big seat.

I've never done that!!! I don't go out that much so we've just been using the potty at home.
I have this one but it doesn't fit the long public toilet seats that well. I just happened to buy it months ago so that's what I had on hand. I think something like this would be better for public toilet use.
