I purchased these bags and these bags from Amazon to store my game components. They seem high enough quality and I haven't had any issues with them at all.
I saw a suggestion on here in another thread a little while ago about a 'Gamer's Kit' or something like that. It was like a tacklebox filled with miscellaneous items that'd be useful for someone who plays a lot of games.
Extra dice of various types, extra meeples, cubes and counters in common colors, some of these silicone muffin cups for holding tokens and whatnot during games, little resealable bags. That sort of thing. I thought it was a pretty cool idea.

I have a few...hundred if you need some. Found them on Amazon super cheap and way, way too many.

Then from there you can throw them in shoeboxes and get large clear containers eventually.
Sorting components in the box into plastic bags works well. We use them for most of our games, actually - they're cheap and dramatically decrease setup time. I'm talking about stuff like

For the Roll, we just keep the general tiles in the bag that they're pulled from during play - they need to be all mixed up in there anyway, so no sense trying to organize them more.
I have some good quality bags, and since it's nothing but a dry powder in it, they're completely reusable. I just refill them and use them again.
The baggies that I'm using aren't the sizes or styles that you'd normally buy in the grocery store. I got these at a craft store, and they're more like this type of baggie.
