So I spent a couple minutes to google "men's duster coat" here's one for ~$87.

Another minute searching on amazon for duster patterns gave me this, this, and this. Each of them you can modify to suit your needs.

Don't know what fabric to use? Another google search says people use oilskin. Too pricey? People also have used duck cloth with good results.
