Get the 400/1000 sk11 diamond stone. The 1k edge will be great in the kitchen. Great knife love Tojiro.

SK11 is a good option. The 150/600 version is priced incorrectly on amazon.ca but would work better for the 320 stone. Or you can use loose SiC grit on granite/glass.
