I say this because many people were speculating whether that was a new peripheral or not. It isn't, the original image was just pixelated beyond belief.

EDIT 2: I noticed that Doom VFR had the same blue camera on the box.
Just buy the cheapest used one from Amazon or eBay (less than $35 on a good day)... https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B071WPKZ8F
A little higher than usual right now; I got mine about a month ago for about $30, but its been as low as $22 on Amazon. Tracker/alerts: https://camelcamelcamel.com/Skyrim-VR-PlayStation-4/product/B071WPKZ8F
Free market is so much better than the locked in store stuck at $60, and it'll just update to the latest version.
Disc copy is only $40 on Amazon.

If you only want digital, it's up to you. I personally think full price was worth it. Digital has been on sale at least twice, maybe three times, in the last 3 months so your odds of another sale soon seems pretty good.

It's weird. When you check it out on mobile, it's really clear that there's only the digital copy available. However, when you use a desktop, then it's really hidden.
Scroll down to the bottom to where it says "Product Information" and you'll notice that the Platform is listed as "PlayStation 4 Digital Code."

I’m in the US, and I do all my shopping on amazon. This is the first time I didn’t because the game was a digital code only

Only physical is for standard PS4 Skyrim
They decided the price on three other systems to be lower. A less capable system, objectively, is getting a higher cost version and sits at a higher price than an, objectively, more difficult to produce version on two other platforms.^[1][2] as just one example. The Switch version of Skyrim is, objectively, a less version in terms of technical fidelity. Those are predominantly cheaper to produce. Given that the Skyrim engine has proven quite the ability to scale, even running on Intel integrated graphics at playable settings, shows the Switch is not dissimilar from it's other releases, much unlike the VR versions which were game overhauls on the backend.
If you don't think that's bad for Switch fans, then I dunno what to say. I disagree with your thinking and it leads to not fun times for the rest of us by either waiting longer and/or paying more for games.
