I built [this] (https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipM7DJuz0gFQyUPW-kImiQ1YUxW1n9Ex5IFJuUgGAggJ1SLD05pbLAdGcSMZBPg7sw/photo/AF1QipOALdLm46ViVucpeQcDssVV3SdZ9KiJQqkzuVWb?key=aXU2QlBHSnRtSlBEVmNmVUc4RkhJREszVl9YNmZR) little DIY shoulder rig for my cameras and camcorder for about $100. It sits comfortably on my shoulder, even without a counterweight.
Here is the parts list (total for the basic rig is a little over $100):
Basic Rig
Optional Ring Light
Hope this is helpful and good luck!

With the theory (have not received yet) being that the iPhone mount holds the XT battery and screws in (on the bottom) to the baseplate. Then you can mount that on the back of your rails. Very compact.
Have you looked into making your own?
i was looking at shoulder rigs yesterday and had the idea of maybe doing a diy rig and this is the rough list I've come up with so far.

Hi /u/qurupecker - here is the $2000 equipment list I promised [Referral Links]:
CAMERA:
This camera has a headphone jack, bit rates up to 72mbps, frame rates up to 1080/60fps progressive and a viewfinder that actually works while you're recording video (Canons in this price range have none of these features)
SUPPORT:
SOUND:
LIGHTING:
This will take you to about $2170, and you'll still need batteries for your ring light, but you'll have a nice little setup both for the studio and for run and gun.
I own just about everything on this list (except the NTG-2 and I have the DR-40 instead of the DR-60D) and can vouch for all of it.
Here is what this camera can do:

There are many more examples posted to Andrew Reid's GH3 group over on Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/groups/gh3
Hope this is helpful and good luck with your filmmaking career!

I wondered why I hadn't seen an external pack like people use for their smartphones, so I googled. Turns out someone has found a way to use a specific external Lithium Ion pack with a "dummy" battery on a cord. Here you go:

Should give you significant uptime compared to a grip. Here's the video I found it from:
