Are you coming to stay, or just to visit?
If you're coming to stay long term, hit up a local dermatologist, there are locally available treatments that work very well for some people. Coal tar soaps aren't generally sold here, I order mine through Amazon US.
Atopic dermatitis is pretty common here, so seeing people with skin afflictions isn't that shocking.
If you're recently diagnosed, you probably haven't figured out what works for you yet - give coal tar soap and shampoo a try, they work for a lot of people. (Don't get pine tar soap, does nothing at all.) If you use it, though, be conscientous about using sunscreen, it makes your skin more sensitive to UV.
