Soda Stream makes flavorings that are not colored called Soda Stream Fruit Drops. They're made for soda water, but I use them in regular water too. The three pack variety is everywhere I've seen Soda Stream stuff for like $5.99, not that crazy Amazon Price.

Add a +1 for the soda... and it didn't really help that I couldn't drink plain water (with my allergies, it actually burns my throat when I swallow).

So, my first step was buying a Sodasteam, and starting to make even lighter sodas -- it probably helped that I got used to drinking watered down beverages, prior (and I'm not really "sweets" person at all).

I went from there to just making carbonated water with a little bit of zero-calorie non-sweetened flavorings called "mywater." My favorite there is the lime, though the single flavors are harder to find - but you can get the three-packs at Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Walmart or sometimes even Best Buy. Strangely, it's one of those cases where a third-part vendor on Amazon actually ends up more expensive.

So, that's pretty much all I drink... other than black coffee (often with a dollop of heavy cream). That helped eliminate a lot of empty calories, for me. Overall, I made it down almost 30 pounds... of course, then we had kind of a "difficult" winter, and I gained some of it back again. So, we're working our way back down, now.

We use [this] (https://www.amazon.com/SodaStream-MyWater-Variety-40mL-3-Pack/dp/B003NSVWD0) We used to buy the flavored talking rain sparkling water and this tastes about the same. I also use mio and crystal light flavors sometimes as well.

Drink these:

Or get one of these:

And some of this:

And make your own. Unsweetened carbonated water with a hint of fruit flavor. I used to be a heavy soda drinker - converted to the first option there because they stocked it at work, and it was one of the only tolerable non-sweetened drink.

Switched to the SodaStream recently - more convenient than lugging cases of water in from Costco, and less wasted plastic bottles, if you're the hippy type.

Unrelatedly, the Mio flavor mix stuff ain't bad

If you can't find the flavored coconut oil, you can get a 3 pack of flavored essences that can be used to flavor fat bombs--orange, raspberry, and lemon lime. These are also on clearance at my local walmart right now for $5-6. I love that they are completely UNSWEETENED which allows me to add my own sweetner.
