How about Sofirn SP36S? $53. Very simple UI, not quite 3 levels, (its 5 levels) Also comes with a ramping UI.

It's a complete package flashlight. (Comes with 3 batteries and integrated charger)

Been itching for a LH351D light.

Thanks for replying again. I've seen that Sofirn SP36S mentioned in other threads, I believe, so I'll check it out and see how much it costs and if it's something that would likely be useful for my situation.
